I am a board-certified tax attorney specializing in federal and California tax law. My practice is devoted to resolving disputes with the Internal Revenue Service, Franchise Tax Board, and other California taxing agencies. I offer a full spectrum of services, from negotiation and settlement to representing clients in tax audits, administrative appeals, and court proceedings. I primarily aim to provide effective solutions for tax disputes, effectively manage potential liabilities, and address international tax issues, leveraging my extensive law knowledge.

With an LL.M. in Taxation from Golden Gate University School of Law, I have contributed to the academic world as an adjunct professor. My teaching focused on the tax implications of real estate ownership, encompassing a variety of topics such as acquisitions, sales, financing, and leasing. This academic experience has greatly enriched my professional practice, allowing me to offer comprehensive and informed advice to my clients.

Beyond my legal practice, I am actively involved in speaking engagements, addressing various aspects of tax law. I am dedicated to demystifying complex tax issues, making them more accessible and understandable for a broader audience. My commitment to the community is evident in my volunteer work, particularly with organizations like the Justice and Diversity Center of the San Francisco Bar Association, where my efforts were recognized with the Outstanding Volunteer award annually from 2015 to 2020.

I am also honored to be a fellow of the American Bar Foundation. This esteemed organization recognizes legal professionals who have shown a steadfast dedication to the legal profession and its principles of justice. This fellowship is a testament to my professional integrity and contributions to the field, and it is extended to only a select group of attorneys.
